When we wanted to replace our gas range with an induction, our neighbors advised us to use L&V Drywall to do the installation, and I'm incredibly happy we did. The new range was about 6" narrower than the old, and the electrical needs were different, so the project entailed rewiring the electric, capping the gas, removing the old range and hood, installing the new range and hood, moving cabinets and counters, moving the lights under the cabinets, patching the drywall, repainting, and laying a beautiful backsplash. It also included searching for wood that would match my existing cabinetry (to no avail).

Martir was able to analyze the situation and suggest some solutions. He was also able to ask all the right questions to line up his craftsmen's schedules speedily.

The only real delays were with getting the tiles because I took so long to choose. Aside from that, everything happened on schedule. The gas capping, electric rewiring, and appliances install were scheduled and done in a week of delivery. Largely because of my travel, the whole process (except tiles) was finished in a month.

Vanessa was spot on with coordinating the dozen moving parts, following-up, checking in, and making sure things got done right. She resolved my minor complaints within a day or two, but let me be flexible with *my* schedule.

I spent so little effort worrying about this project because it got done just right -- and to my specs -- without me involved. And because they know what they are doing, they pushed back on some of my bad ideas. (Apparently, since ranges need to be pulled out to repair, they must not be sealed in.) The craftsmen were skilled, professional and pleasant; the coordination was efficient and hassle-free. It's the way contractors should be but seldom are.

We have already arranged our next project with L&V.

LV Drywall has been the best contractor we've used. Everyone on the job went above what was required with great attention to detail. They created a library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, replaced the lightening throughout our first floor, tile work, an extensive drywall and moulding replacement. They are our first choice if we need additional work.

Great job! Evidence: on time, respectful and professional crew, left space cleaned up, and most importantly good price. Would definitely use for next project.

We learned about Martir and L&V Drywall and Services from our contractor, Moss Building & Design. Martir and his team were thoroughly professional and did outstanding work. They responded quickly when we asked for a detailed estimate to paint the exterior of our post-WW II brick home. They coordinated the work with the contractor and roofer to do an outstanding job. They showed us where some of the trim needed to be repaired and replaced, and did an excellent job. L&V met our specifications and delivered as promised. The house looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend this business, and hire them again.

Martir and crew were excellent! They did the drywall and painting in our attic that was converted into usable space. It turned out great. They were on time, friendly and very careful during this time of C-19. I would use them again.
